Calfmate (“we”, “us”) provides calf-rearing software for dairy farms. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account data — farm name, your name, username, email, and password (stored hashed).
Farm records — calf, feeding, health, treatment, and related data you enter in the app.
Payment data — billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number; Stripe processes payments on our behalf.
Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use your data

We use your data to operate the service, sync records between your devices, process subscriptions, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell your farm data.

Data storage & security

Your records are stored on secure servers and isolated per farm (tenant). Access is limited to authenticated users on your farm account and authorised Calfmate administrators for support.

Your rights

Your farm data belongs to you. You can export records from the app and request account deletion by contacting us.
