Honest answers
Will it work without internet?
Yes. The Android phone app keeps your data on the device and updates when you are online again. The website needs internet for setup and reports.
Can multiple staff use it?
Yes — unlimited staff logins are included. Everyone on your farm sees the same up-to-date records. Shared tablet logins with worker PINs are supported.
How hard is setup?
Most farms are running within about 30 minutes. Add pens, add calves, and staff can pick up the feeding run on the first morning.
Can I bring in existing calves?
Yes — add them by hand, record calvings as they happen, or import from a CSV. EasyDairy transfer is available after signup.
How safe is my farm’s data?
Your records are stored securely and belong to you. Payments go through Stripe — CalfMate never stores card details. Each farm’s data is kept separate from other farms.
Will older staff use it?
Designed for the shed at 5 AM — large buttons, plain language, guided workflows. Most people pick it up on the first feeding run.
What happens after the free trial?

Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet — CalfMate is Android + web today. The phone app works offline in the shed; the website handles setup and reports. iPhone is on the roadmap.
